All orders ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Rates based on package dimensions (auto-calculated at checkout for accuracy).

Processing Time

Ready-made orders: Ship within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom orders: Processing varies 2-10 business days depending on complexity and queue.

Shipping Rates (CAD)

Rates vary by package size. Examples:

  • Small packages (keychains, coasters): $9.95-$14.95 CAD
  • Medium packages (small wall art): $15.95-$29.95 CAD
  • Large packages (frames, 3D pieces): $34.95-$59.95 CAD
  • Free shipping on orders $125+ CAD (Canada only)

USA: Add $10-$20 CAD to above rates

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

30 days from delivery for unused items in original condition/packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us with order # and photos
  2. Get return authorization and instructions
  3. Customer pays return shipping (we cover if our error)
  4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt

Non-Returnable

  • Custom/personalized items (unless defective)
  • Opened kids crafts
