Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at hello@meshkathome.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
Custom Orders
How do custom orders work?
Share your ideas (names, ayat, dimensions, quantities) via email or our custom order form. We'll provide a mockup and quote within 2-3 business days. Production takes 7-14 days depending on complexity and quantity.
Can you do wedding favors or classroom gifts?
Absolutely! We specialize in bulk custom orders for weddings, schools, madrasas, and events. Minimum order is 10 pieces. Contact us for pricing and timelines.
Are custom orders refundable?
A 50% deposit is required to start. Full payment due before shipping. Deposits are non-refundable, but we work closely with you to ensure satisfaction before final production.

What materials do you use?
We use sustainably sourced basswood, plywood, and walnut. 3D pieces feature real Persian-style carpets. All finishes are non-toxic and safe for homes.
Are pieces suitable for kids?
Kids crafts have rounded edges and non-toxic materials. Wall art is lightweight with secure hanging hardware. Always supervise young children.
