Enquiries and quote requests

Meshkat uses the details you submit to review your project, prepare a quote and respond. This can include your name, email, project description, destination, quantity and preferred date. Quote requests may also include delivery information and personalization. These details are stored in the studio database. Optional reference images are kept in private file storage and can be downloaded only through the authorized owner studio. They are not published in the gallery or sent to analytics. Please share only images you have permission to provide. They do not sign you up for marketing.

Enquiry emails

When configured, Resend processes the email address you submit and a request reference to send a transactional acknowledgement. A separate studio alert links the owner to the private inbox. Project descriptions and reference images are not included in those emails. Email acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. These messages are not marketing subscriptions. What this browser remembers

Your bag and its personalization are stored in this browser. A separate setting remembers your analytics choice. Clear the site’s browser data to remove those local records. A short-lived hashed network identifier helps protect forms from abuse.

Optional Google Analytics

Analytics loads only after you allow it, on the homepage and public service pages. It measures page visits, successful custom requests and clicks on phone or email links. We do not send your form text, name, email, phone number, request reference or private quote links as analytics event details. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Payments and private links

Card payments, when enabled for a confirmed quote, use the payment provider’s hosted checkout. Do not put card information in enquiry forms. Keep private quote and payment links private. Optional website analytics is not loaded on studio, authentication or payment pages.

Questions or deletion requests

Email meshkathome@gmail.com to ask about your stored enquiry or request correction or deletion. Include enough information to identify your request without sending sensitive documents. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or other obligations.
